Free worldwide shipping
Every order ships free, worldwide, with tracking. There are no shipping charges at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to start updating.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- France and Germany: 7–12 business days
- Everywhere else: 7–15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, holidays and carrier delays can add a few days.
Customs duties and import taxes
Prices are shown in USD and don't include import duties or local taxes. Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged duties or VAT by your country on delivery, and those charges are the customer's responsibility. If a parcel is refused and returned to us for this reason, we'll refund the product price minus any return costs.
Wrong address or a parcel that doesn't arrive
Please double-check your address at checkout. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or the parcel is marked delivered but you don't have it, email us and we'll open a case with the carrier and sort it out.
